The Picture Day Process

Reach out by email or phone. We confirm your sport, school or league, date, and location. Most bookings are confirmed within 24 hours.
We Set Up PhotoDay
We build your online registration page and send you a link. You share it with parents — they register each athlete before picture day. No paper, no cash.
We Run Picture Day
We arrive early, set up all equipment, and manage the session from start to finish — posing, line flow, and breakdown all handled by our team.
Families Order Online
After the session, families receive a proof link, choose their photos, and pay online. The school handles nothing after picture day is done.
Photos & Files Delivered

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks before your desired date, especially for fall sports which fill up quickly. Spring and winter dates have more flexibility — contact us early to lock in your preferred date.
How does PhotoDay online registration work?
You’ll receive a unique link for your school or league. Share it with parents — they register each athlete, add a profile photo if they like, and set their notification preferences. On picture day, check-in is fast because everyone is already in the system.
What if families don’t register before picture day?
Athletes can still be photographed. Walk-ups are handled on-site. Families can order online after the session using their proof link — they just won’t have pre-registered athlete details in the system.
Do you offer makeup days for athletes who miss picture day?
We work with schools and leagues on a case-by-case basis. Many programs build in a makeup day for absentees. Let us know your needs when you book and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do we receive the yearbook files?
Yearbook-ready digital files are delivered to the email address you provide — typically your yearbook advisor’s address — within the production window after picture day. Files are formatted to standard yearbook specs.
Can you photograph multiple sports or teams in one day?
Yes. Many schools book us for multiple sports in a single session. We’ll work with you on scheduling and rotation to keep everything running on time.
