Can you photograph all sports in a single school year?
Yes — we schedule each sport separately throughout the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Many Long Island schools book us for all three seasons. We coordinate directly with your athletic department to fit around your team schedules and gym availability.
Does the school need to handle any money?
No. All payments go directly from families to us via PhotoDay. Your school never touches cash, collects envelopes, or processes payments. We handle it completely.
How do we get the yearbook files?
We deliver high-resolution individual and team photos formatted for your yearbook directly to your yearbook advisor quickly after picture day. This is included at no charge to the school.
What if some athletes miss picture day?
We can schedule a makeup day for athletes who missed the original session. We’ll coordinate with your athletic office to find a time that works.
Do you offer gym banners and custom products for school athletes?
